Photography has long been an agent for connection and change, and it's my goal to contribute to those efforts in some way.
Most of my work is documentary in style with forays into conceptual imagery and nontraditional portraiture. Regardless of the project, I strive to make thoughtful, sincere, and emotionally compelling images. I completed my formal education in Photography at Cosumnes River College, Psychology at University of California, Davis, and Organization Development at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business. Prior to photography, I worked in corporate training and organization development, nonprofit program and board development, and inter-agency disaster response coordination. I currently live in Northern California with my husband and fur family, but leave a bit of my heart in Maine, Austria, and the Rocky Mountains each time I visit. I think I would love New Zealand.
